I started my sports career when I was 13 with riding mountain bikes. After a few races I knew that I want to train more and become more successfull. Unfortunately I had some major problems with my physical health and had to quit completly for a year. Afterwards I focused on my studies of osteopathy and non-medical practitioner. Without sports in my life I did not feel entirely fulfilled and I started training again. With less time, running was a good alternative to biking. Standing on the bike-course of Ironman 70.3 Wiesbaden 2008 and cheering the athletes awake the feeling to participate in such a event myself. 2011 the 70.3 in Wiesbaden was my first triathlon- and it was the beginning of a big passion!
