On-One Bike Battle Royale!

The competition is heating up at the On-One office. Everyone's raring to go and take the top spot at Mountain Mayhem! The plan is to race all 3 of our new carbon bikes and the new Ti 456. Each rider will ride 2 laps on each of the bikes, which will be timed on Danny’s Garmin. All weekend we will be putting blogs on the On-One site and also tweeting our performance so you can see how the bikes are riding. Follow the link on our site to get the latest updates.

But which bike will be the fastest? And which rider will be the slowest?

There will be a final showdown of the best bikes where each rider will do a final victory lap on the bike they like the best. Next week we will be updating the lap times of each bike for each rider and also putting rider’s reviews for each bike. We are also going to do some filming this weekend and get some footage of all the new bikes in action. So watch this space for updates throughout the weekend.

We are also going to be showcasing our new range of bikes and some nice On-One of customs and prototypes:

* 2 blinged up "Carbon 456" bikes with custom paint jobs by Denby

* "Fat Chancer” steel V-brake prototype. Old skool madness…

* “Pompetamine”- Alfine 8 speed steel 700c- the ultimate round town cruiser

* "Carbon 456 XT Pro"- the bike for speed and thrills available NOW!

* "Carbon Whippet" frame- Short travel uber lightweight XC race winner

* "Ti 456 XT"- the bike to redefine your conception of hardtail ride quality

* "Inbred"- new version, better cable routing and a new tube set. Better than the old ones!

* "Carbon 29er Fork"- super rigid and super light. 450mm axle to crown.

So.... Come and see us and be part of the madness, if you’re lucky Mr Holroyd will be giving lessons in car park wheelies and Stevo will be riding round with a smoothie mixer strapped to his rack…

Here's a peek at the new redesigned Inbred 29er, sporting a nice pair of Maxxis Ardent 2.4's with plenty of clearance:

Sorry Matt it's just left the building. Hopefully they'll bring it back (!) and we'll get some more pics soon.

The Fat Chancer will replace the classic Inbred with V-brake mounts and vertical drop-outs in Reynolds 853 tubing (ltd edition). The new Inbred has horizontal single speed single drop-outs but is disc only. Photo's of new Inbred on their way...
