Hey guys. Sorry if ive posted this question in the wrong section. Ive busted my nut trying to find some good answers on what is an ideal reverse style lever on the end of a Midge bar. Ive just installed one (gold color) on my fixie. These bars are superb ! I have the Mungo bars on another bike. They are nice, but have a more cruisy feel to them. The Midge has now become my all time favourite bar, surpassing the bull horns that I bent a while back :/ Anyways, back to my question, Can anyone recommend an ideal set up or brand for reverse style brake levers for the Midge ? I currently am running my original brake lever which came off my bull horns. It works real nice. And it gives it a bit of a retro look. I have to run the cabling along the bar though (only one side, as I only have a front brake). I was hoping someone here (yes I know its a long shot, but figured it was as good a place as any) could offer some advice. I was thinking of a Paul Components style lever as they are really well built. Or anything else anyone can recommend. Surely im not the only person who has this set up ? All I can find in my searches so far are conventional road style set ups. I adjust want to exhaust all my options before I fit the bar tape. Pics ? Links ? Anyone ?
