Warranty and Returns

Warranty and Returns Warranty On-One branded products carry a 2 year warranty for the original owner. Titanium frames extend this to a lifetime warranty for the original owner. All other branded goods carry the full manufacturer’s warranty , which can vary in duration but will be a minimum of 1 year. The warranty protects the customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues arising from wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or crash damage. Crash Replacement We accept that crashes happen, things break or bottom brackets can get threaded... That’s why on top of your warranty terms we will offer the original owner a discretionary 2 year ‘crash replacement’ period to provide a replacement product at up to 50% discount. Returns Your rights to return products are outlined in the Distance Selling Regulations, it’s essence in a brief summary is as follows : If you need to send something back for an exchange or refund because it's ‘our fault’ i.e. the product is faulty, mis-described, damaged etc, or we have managed to send you the wrong thing... then we will either ask you to return it via the postal service and reimburse reasonable costs on receipt or, for larger items such as frames/bikes, offer to arrange a courier collection. If you want to return a product for any other reason i.e. It’s not what you wanted, it doesn’t fit, you have changed your mind etc then we are happy to accept unused products back for an exchange or refund at your expense within 28 days of receipt. In all cases returns will need a completed returns form available here: On-One Returns Form (opens in a new window) If you think we can help solve a problem over email / phone then please give that a try first. Generally, in the case of Returns we cannot deliver an exchange product until we have received the original product back. We aim to process returns efficiently, but if you wish to speed up the process you may place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.     Hi Guys sorry to be a pain, but i ordered 2 of the on one cardigans for me and my good lady one in navy and one in creme i needed to open the navy one to try size and check the back print, now there is a bit of a fault on the lettering on the back but thats not my main concern the print seams so dull on the navy one and the creme one looks great could i possibly return the navy one for another creme one please, i live in intake and could call on thursday or friday as they are my days off this week to exchange if thats ok with you. Bought 3 sets of your skully lights for 2 of the kids and myself for christmas sure they will love them. All the best, James
