Sleepless Race Report

Sleepless Race Report

Trials king and new On-One brand manager Danny Holroyd reflects on a brilliant weekend:

"So we finally made it back from Sleepless in the Saddle and we had a blast. Turns out Stevo's precise weather reports were completely useless and it turned out to be cracking weather. The Inbred man was flying high and actually got us a top spot at the show this year due to his reggae dancing skills..."

"We were showing off all our latest kit including the new paint jobs for the 456 and the new whippet £999 build which drew the crowds in. All of us even managed to get a lap in on the course. The course was pretty technical and dusty but James managed to put a 37 minute lap in! Not bad for 8 miles. Me and Stevo managed a 40 min lap and Adrian put a steady 45 min lap (but he does do a cracking barbeque). We were all hoping to beat our new rider Helen who was riding with her family and was distracting quite a lot of the other riders! Her team finished in a respectable 12th position and Helen racked up 6 laps.

On Saturday night I tried to re ignite my trials skills and draw the crowd in. I got Stevo to lie on the ground while doing tricks over his head and privates which got some funny reactions. Then we got out the Electron lights and wragged it round the track like idiots. All light (no pun intended) entertainment in the end... Watch out for the video on the site tomorrow!
All in all it was a great weekend. Thanks to all who visited the stand and for all those riders supporting On-One. Here are some of our favourite pictures from the weekend:
