Willingen Crash Report

It was shaping up to be a great show at Willingen- sun shining, bikes to ride, cold German beer in hand… Bad combo? The story's been unfolding all week on Facebook, it's been a rough ride- we're glad to see Charlie back in one piece! Thanks for all your encouraging comments- here's a brief summary for those of you who missed out.

The On-One crew had a great time at the Willingen Bike Festival in Germany this week, showing off all the new frames and bikes including Titus prototypes and the new On-One cro-mo frames too. Perfect day for a cold beer... Everyone at home was jealous...

As always siezed every second of free time to get out on the course and rag the bikes round the track. Great course, Carbon 456 on fire, Charlie stoked up and having it large on the table tops...

But Unfortunately it was not the best of landings....

You couldn't help but laugh at his neck on the way home.... Charlie, you're a trooper, you did well, though maybe next time don't drink and jump....

PS On-One are in no way condoning or promoting the use of beer as a performance enhancing substance. Charlie had had one pint 3hrs before riding and was therefore under the legal limit so really it was down to bad riding, not heavy drinking :)
