On-One Carbon 456 XT Pro Carbon Hardtail
A new concept in MTB frames- long travel carbon- raises the hardtail stakes. In a market already bursting with light, well designed bikes we wanted to do something different.
The Carbon 456 is the World's first long travel friendly carbon trail bike and this is our best ever spec. Using Shimano's revered XT groupset throughout, award winning Rockshox Revelation forks, and Shimano's excellent XT wheelset this bike is lightweight yet incredibily strong and well balanced...
New Carbon Concept:
Our aim was to design and create a lightweight yet super tough carbon frame for long travel forks that would be fast enough for XC racing but versatile enough to handle any terrain thrown in it's path.
What we ended up with is a beast of lo-fi hi-tech design. A hugely oversized angular down-tube modeled on an ice breaker warship deflects rocks away from a stiff, super strong tapered head tube. The high modulus carbon frames are hand made to ensure stiffness and strength where needed with just the right amount of vibration absorption. And as we assemble the bikes here in the UK every single component is customisable to your own specification.
The XT Pro Build:
Shimano XT components are specified throughout, including the wheels, as we believe this to be the best kit available at any price. Tougher than other more esoteric options yet just as lightweight we cannot fault the performance of XT.
Carbon 456 XT Features:
