Replacement drop outs for all On-One frames that use the 'Swapout' system. Choose single speed slot drop out or vertical drop outs for geared bikes.
A revolutionary system which mounts the brake caliper inside the rear triangle, shielding it from knocks and allowing the use of a standard rear pannier rack.
Note: "On-One Swapout Replaceable Dropout / B2 / Geared / Disc Side Outer" is specially designed for frames where brake caliper clearance is an issue by mounting the caliper on the outside of the rear triangle as in conventional systems. Contact our technical team if you are unsure.
Not supplied with bolts- these come with the frame or are available separately.
For more options please see our other page of dropouts here
Cheers JonB, I'll get a pair ordered then
Yes David, a new CNC'd version of the slot drop-outs is due to arrive 26th June, so not too long to wait!
Any timeframe for getting the slot dropouts back into stock? I'll need a C and D for my Alfine rear hub. Cheers D
Yes, Tim, any On-One bike with swap-outs will fit rear mech and disc brakes. Note that for bulkier calipers you need to take B2 swap-out which mounts the caliper outside the chainstay.
thinking of buying a single speed, i think early model inbred but is it possible to to buy dropout to fit a rear deralieur and a rear disc many thanks tim.
Hi brahimh, unfortunately these won't be back in stock for about 6 to 8 weeks.
Hello! when will you receive B2 type swapout? great.
Could I use the Replaceable Dropout (type D) for a single speed to modify the rear of a Gen 1 Inbred to accept disc brakes?I saw a Reader's Ride (White as snow) and that's what it look like he used, after a bit of alteration to the Replaceable Dropout, to modify the rear of his Gen 1 Inbred to be able to mount a disc brake setup. This is a modfication I would like to do to my Gen 1 Inbred to make it more unique and to help give me a little bit more control of my bike, when I'm bombing down a hill and my rim is wet. Thanks to any input you can give.
Hi, when will you guys offer bolt-through dropouts?? and if so, which one??
Would the horizontal dropouts work with a Rohloff Speedhub WITHOUT a chain tensioner? My frame is a 456 Titan (present model)
Hi Andrew, Ti and Carbon 456 frames come complete with vertical drop-outs A and B installed. It's easy to fit the horizontal ones later if you want to.
Hello 29erconvert. These drop-outs are only suitable for frames that are swap-out compatible. Currently the Inbred frames have fixed drop-outs so these won't work. The 3rd generation frames, due early summer, will be swap-out equipped: http://www.on-one.co.uk/news/products/q/date/2011/01/13/inbred-swap-out-first-look
I'm ordering a 456 Ti frame. I assume the frame doesn't come with dropouts so which ones do I need to order for a standard geared setup?
I'm riding a inbread 29er single speed and want to convert it to geared bike in the summer which one of the above would sort the job?
Hi Mike. For a single speed / hub gear conversion you'll need C and D drop-outs. Hope that helps.
Which of these is required to convert a Carbon 456 to single speed / hub gear?
