Canti bosses for inbred frame (later M6 size, not earlier M5).
No, you don't need these Al. Your Inbred should already have the brake bosses for the V 's so all you need to do is fit the cantis (and ideally replace the brake levers too as the pull is different)
hi I have an inbred ( about 8 years old) and I want to swap the rear brake from V to a pair of your cantilevers is this what i need if not what is the solution, if there is one ? Al
thanks very much for clearing that up. Convinces me to buy a new set then - will order asap. cheers
M6 refers to the size of the threaded hole in your frame / forks. They're compatible with any current On-One V-brake forks.
Hi, I'd like to put some rigid forks on my old inbred with v breaks. Not sure what M6 and M5 refer to. Surely the bosses fit onto the forks? Save me some Orange forks till after pay day, please :)
Do you sell the studs on their own, e.g. to fit into brazed on bosses on a Giant XTC ?
Hi Andy, they certainly are.
Are these the correct bosses to use with your 26" cromo rigid fork to run vee brakes ?
Hi Ross, unfortunately you can't fit these on a 456. They do fit on the Inbred however, see http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FROOIN2NDGEN/on-one-inbred-26er-vertical-dropout-frame-2nd-gen
Can these fit on a standard 456 frame?
Nice one my single speed project has been on hold for a while.
Should be booked in tomorrow I'm told (8th Feb)
Hi guys, we will be air-freighting some canti bosses in very soon... I'll keep you informed. They should work on any frame with M6 threaded mounts.
Could you please tell us if or when these will be available? I am really interested in ordering an inbred frame and fork, but it would be pointless for me to order the fork if I can't mount my v-brakes to it. Thanks. B
Are you planning on re-stocking these in the future?
How can I figure out whether these will work on a frame other than yours? John
Yes these go on our cromo forks so you can run v brakes.
Are these what I need to fit a chro-mo 26er fork to my Thorn and transfer the existing V brakes?
