Mandrel-shaped top tube and down tube with optimised butting profiles. Radical tube shapes and butting profiles have been optimised through extensive FEA analysis and simulated load testing. The bi-axially triangulated down tubes helps to increase stiffness and minimise deflection. New and improved Light Rail seat stay profile becomes oversized to increase stiffness by 20 percent and improve overall strength.
