APACHE RX
A must for myopic and astigmatic cyclists. The frame is made of Grilamid TR90 material: very lightweight, impact resistant, secure, flexible and virtually indestructible
(it bends instead of breaking). The nose-pad (made of dual compound hypoallergenic material for the maximum comfort) can be adjusted thus to find the best position of the sunglass on your nose. Three sets of very easily interchangeable lenses packed in a very nice shock- resistant case: smoke mirrored decentred anti-scratch, red or blue revo (depending on the chosen model) and
clear anti-fog. Feature of the Apache is its RX insert included in the case (available in Grilamid TR90 material or alloy). The cyclist who has prescription problems
simply has to bring the RX insert to an optician and this last will put in the correct RX lenses. It is also possible to remove the RX insert out of the sunglass and
use it the way it is with ordinary contact lenses. A photo chromic and hydrophobic set of lenses in Makrolon from Bayer Material Science is available upon request.

APACHE RX PHOTO/HYDRO
Exactly the same technical features, the RX insert and the three sets of
lenses (clear anti-fog / smoke mirror / red or blue revo) already offered
in the standard version of the Apache, but in this version a fourth very
technical lens is added.
Made of Makrolon, a material of Bayer Swiss Material Science, it is
manufactured in Switzerland and then it processed in France. With a
L.T.V. of 49 percent, it is slightly yellow coloured (light transmission of 76 percent)
but in presence of sunlight and therefore of UV-A and UV-B radiations, it
becomes in only 8 seconds dark grey coloured (light transmission of 27 percent).
Therefore there is no longer need for the cyclist to bring along with him
spare lenses in several tints. It is enough to use these photo chromic
lenses that will automatically adapt themselves to the light condition of
the moment getting from light yellow (in conditions of low light) to dark
grey (in conditions of intense light) in an autonomous manner.
But this fourth added lens not only is photo chromic but also completely
hydrophobic and oleo-phobic. Indeed, the Orion Superficial Treatment
(O.S.T.), both at front and back, with anti-scratch resistance Bayer Test
Level 5 (the highest possible degree of anti-scratch treatment) allows
these very special lenses to remain always and permanently completely
clean allowing the cyclist to have a sharp and unobstructed vision
without any type of smear nor streak. The vision thus stay crystal clear
at all time: strains, dirt, streaks and fingerprints are removed in
an incredibly easy way never experienced till today. Do not let these
external agents affect your vision and therefore your performance in the
heat of the competition.
Finally nowadays also myope and astigmatic cyclists can enjoy photo
chromic and hydro phobic lenses at reasonable prices.
