All Planet X, On-One and Titus products carry a 2 year warranty for the original owner as standard. Titanium frames extend this to 10 years. All other branded goods carry the full manufacturer's warranty which can vary in duration but will be a minimum of 1 year.
The warranty protects the customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues arising from wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or crash damage.
If you want to return any item for a warranty inspection by our technical team:

2. Put the completed returns form in the pack

Unfortunately, crashes do happen. So if you're unlucky enough to break your frame, we have a crash replacement policy to look after you. We offer the original owner a discretionary 2 year 'crash replacement' period to provide a new frame at up to 50% discount depending on how soon you crash.
