Once you know you have a voucher you can place your order with us via the web, at the checkout use the ‘Bike to Work' button to make your purchase, this will reserve your bike and generate an email to you with your order number. You must then post your voucher to us and a copy of some photo ID, with your order number.

Please note: All Cyclescheme vouchers MUST be signed before being sent to us. If they are not signed, we cannot process the order. We will contact you for any balance and proceed to build your bike.

CYCLESCHEME LEVY A 10% COMMISSION ON ALL ORDERS PAID FOR USING THEIR VOUCHERS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ABSORB THIS FEE AS WE ALREADY OFFER THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICES AND THEREFORE THESE ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF 10% OF YOUR TOTAL VOUCHER VALUE.
